This Week's Sign of the Apocalypse
Diners in New York City can now eat their pizza, and when they’re done eat the box, too. Vinnie’s Pizzeria, in Brooklyn, has introduced what is believed to be the first 100% “pie-odegradable” pizza box, made out of – you guessed it. No word on what to put the pizza-in-a-pizza in to protect it from the delivery driver’s scuzzy backseat or Subway Pizza Rat.
