E.P.I.C. Magazine brings inspirational speaker

What: “The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity,” a talk by author Edwene Gaines
When: Mon., May 4, 7-9 p.m.?Where: First United Methodist Church, 2917 Aspen Drive

Wondering what it takes to get ahead, both spiritually and financially? Next Monday, E.P.I.C. Magazine presents a talk by noted author Edwene Gaines on how to have it all: a life of material and spiritual abundance.

Gaines, author of The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity, will outline her roadmap to prosperity which includes a vital physical body, satisfying and nurturing relationships, loving your work, and, of course, wealth.

Going from real holes-in-her-shoes poverty, unable to adequately feed her child, to a state of unimaginable abundance, Gaines’ story is a heroine’s journey. What she offers are easy-to-understand principles to guide you in mastering your money, rather than allowing money to master you. Her definition of prosperity includes money, to be sure, but she says “money is a means to an end, not the end itself.”
“We personally know dozens of people, ourselves included, who have experienced positive life-changing events after applying the teachings Edwene outlines in this workshop,” said Lisa Byrne, who, along with and Laurie Gambacorta co-publishes E.P.I.C. Magazine.

Gaines, who lectures all over the country, uses joy and humor to cover her four spiritual laws: tithing; goal setting; forgiveness and divine purpose.
