Four local musicians are pooling their talents for the latest “Concerts in the Park” offering, this Thursday evening starting at 5:30. Calling themselves Groove Factor Four, the band is made up of Chad MacCluskey (bass), Jack Maynes (keyboards), Brad Tarpley (drums) and Bob Hemenger (sax).
