Bottoms Up

For the past quarter century, Fort Lewis College’s Tri-the-Rim triathlon has continually brought together the on- and off-campus community for a good old, rock ‘em sock ‘em spring triathlon. This year, snowy skies cleared just in time for the start gun on Sunday morning. With nearly 200 competitors throwing down a 500-yard swim, 11-mile bike ride, and 3-mile run, competitors got more than their healthy dose of morning exercise. Here’s a look:
