Ah, the daily grind. Morning commutes on three cups of coffee, waiting in traffic, nine-to-five, bosses, deadlines, telephones and fax machines, car exhaust and fluorescent lighting, and of course, TPS reports. Who doesnt wish for something better? Daydreaming is our brains way of coping with the everyday pushes and pulls of our world. Often thought of as a lazy, nonproductive pastime, most daydreams are about ordinary, everyday mundane tasks and are actually a healthy way of dealing with, lets just say, a repetitive job or a nagging superior. So go ahead and close those peepers, take a deep breath, and let your mind wander. Chances are your boss is, too.

Damiane McMillen, of Foundations, left, seen here skipping
through lavender fields in France while Jenniveve Schneider lounges
seaside in the Bahamas. Matt Russell ponders the difference between meteors, meteorites
and meteoroids, much to the amusement of customers at Natures
Oasis. Christopher Hara would rather be behind his drumset or knee-deep
in any local, fishable river. Irene, from the Strater Hotel, dreams of retiring to a home near
Shiprock. She also dreams of Chevy Chase in the scene from National
Lampoons Vacation, which was filmed right where she is
standing. Ian Horn drifts away to a magic land of pink hearts, yellow
moons, orange stars, and green clovers.
