At 50 cents a ride, you can't afford not to ride the Trolley. If you think about it, the cost of one of those parking tickets you've forgotten about in you glove box, which is now going to cost you $12 instead of $6, would pay for a whole month on the Trolley. And just think, you d never have to deal with traffic or looking for that $12 parking space. Did I mention it has a bike rack? The Trolley is a year round service provided by the City of Durango, and although public transit might make you feel like you live in the big city, the route, no matter where you are going, will surely remind you that you don't. Go on. Give it a try.

One of nearly a dozen buses and trollies passes a stop along
Highway 550. The trolley goes as far north as the Days Inn. Michael Mahan waits for the Trolley along North Main on a cold
Tuesday morning. Wayne Disharoon loads his bicycle onto the front of the trolley.
Each bus and trolley is equipped with an easy-to-use bike rack.
