Colorado Lifework Foundation is a faith-based, non-denominational local organization that supports “healing the broken hearted” through seminars for people affected by divorce. A schedule of upcoming workshops follows. Scholarships are available. • “Listening and Speaking with Presence,” a fun way to speak and listen with more clarity arrive at mutual decisions and request assistance. - Aug, 18, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Sacred Heart Church, 254 East Fifth Ave. - Sept. 29, 8:30 am - 12:30 p.m. Sept. 29, St. Columba Catholic Church, 1830 East Second Ave. • “Divorce and Beyond,” a group for people and their children who are going through divorce. Therapists help group members mourn and heal through use of video and textbook. Children, ages 6-12, meet concurrently in a separate room, supervised and guided through supplemental activities 10 weeks starting Sept. 10, 6:30-8 p.m., St. Columba’s Parish Center, 1830 East Second Ave. |
