Feltmaking Workshops
At the Durango Arts Center-July30 & 31. Saturday “Creating with Wool Prefelt,”
participants will create a bag using both needle felting and wet felting techniques. $120 fee. Sunday “Turkish
Rug Felting,” participants will make a 3’X4’ rug using wool and dyed prefelt, $180 fee. Two roller
felting machines will be available for those who do not wish to do the physical work of felting. Registration fees
cover all materials and lunch, a dis
counted fee of $250 is available for participants of both workshops. Classes are limited to 12
