Bottoms Up

Clean commuting is more than just driving your freshly washed GMC Denali all over town. Quite the contrary, actually. To be a clean commuter, one must leave the car keys at home, and jump on a bike, a horse, kayak, electric buggy, or any other nonfuel-burning vessel in which to transport one’s self from point A to point B. While not always possible or practical in this ridiculously fast-paced environment, we can at least carpool, ride the bus, or even just pick one day a week in which to leave the car parked in the driveway. Here’s a look at a few of the various modes Durangoans are using to stay clean.
