Nothing says Durango like a good old-fashioned, rock em sock em rodeo. With bulls, broncos, barrels, boots and button-ups, theres a little something for everyone. The action runs every Tuesday evening through July at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Check it out:

Kaci Pickens, of Cortez, charges back to the gates after rounding her third and final barrel. An all-time crowd pleaser, bull riding is sports spectating at its finest, as demonstrated by Cody Snow, of Pagosa Springs. At 6 years old, Maryn Gutierrez finished just three seconds behind the first place contender during the womens barrel event.
