Local skiers let it fly last weekend during Purgatorys oldest ski race, the Town Downhill. As part of the aptly named Winterfest, the Town Downhill was one of the many entertaining events to hit the slopes at Durango Mountain Resort. From aspiring beginners to crusty professsionals, everyone got their chance to open it up and let it rip down the Upper Hades course. Heres a look at our local snow speed junkies as they race the clock downhill.
