The weather, a bit iffy.The high water, on its way out. But that sure didnt stop the good times from happening as enthusiasts gathered at the 2010 Animas River Days. A festival dedicated to all things river, folks enjoyed everything from flyfishing clinics and kayak rodeos, to the ever so glamorous river parade. Heres a look:

Last years undisputed fetching champ Ruby hones in on a tennis ball during the best dryland dog trick event inSanta Rita Park. A slalom boater paddles through gates above Corner Pocket during Saturdays races. You know its a party when theres gas-powered water cannon mounted on your boat.
