- Text message the word “Haiti” to 90999 to donate $10 which will be seen as a $10 charge on your next month’s phone bill

- Drop off or mail donations to: SW Chapter Red Cross, 1911 Main Ave., Durango, 81301

• The United Methodist Committee on Relief

- For a specific list of health kit contents or to send money, visit www.umcor.org

• Carver Brewing and AmeriCorps

- All-day fund-raiser on Thurs., Jan. 21, at 1022 Main Ave. $3 from every pint of Strong Ale sold will go to the Trees, Water, People’s (TWP) Haiti Emergency Fund.

• Habitat for Humanity

- Mail donations to Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County, 3001 N. Main Ave., Durango, 81301 with “Haiti” in memo line. Funds will go toward transitional shelters.
