dynamic goal-oriented leader to guide and direct the growth of Girl
Scouts in southwestern Colorado. This position supervises and
facilitates the successful work of the self-directed team assigned
to the region. It also offers a flexible work schedule and requires
some evening and weekend commitments. The successful candidate will
possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a
demonstrated ability to design, manage, and implement comprehensive
strategies to extend and deliver the Girl Scout program in the
assigned area. As leader of a self-directed team the ideal
candidate will have proven teambuilding skills and the demonstrated
ability to function as a positive and active team member.
Previous Girl Scout experience and knowledge of Spanish
