Put the cover on the grill and make your best potato soup, for autumn has officially arrived. The trees are starting to change, and that sweet tan you've had all summer is starting to fade to a nice jail pale. And whether its Oktoberfest, a trip to the pumpkin patch or fall clean-up, this time of year seems to be satuffed to the gills with things to do. Granted your snow gear may have a little more time to spend in the closet, but as the nights get longer, so will your pants. So we here at theTelegraphwould like to give a pictorial salute to the changing of seasons. Hello autumn ... goodbye Vitamin D!

Sundays snow brought Mondays lookers. Visitors soak up the view
at Molas Pass on Monday as the San Juans received their first
substantial dusting of the season. Laying claim to what may be the last tube ride of the season,
Frost on a plant begins to thaw Missionary Ridge early Monday
morning. An Aspen tree reacts to the shorter days just west of Silverton
on Monday.
