The 4th of July

Fireworks once again graced Durango’s Independence Day skies last Friday after a
one-year hiatus. Despite the hot, dry conditions, festivities went off without a hitch,
including the Kiwanis community celebration honoring our hometown heroes. The
Bar D Wranglers took to the stage at Rotary Park where cold beer, ice cream and a variety of activities kept the crowd entertained prior to the evening’s pyrotechnic display.
