jib jam

Durango Mountain Resort hosted its inaugural Jib Jam, the first event in the Expression Session Series, on Saturday. The first freestyle event in a series of four, the jam took competitors through the various obstacles in the mountain’s terrain park. Skiers and boarders were judged on style, difficulty and consistency for a combined score. The next event will be the Big Air competition on Feb. 1.
